MR. OLUSOLA AKINGBASOTE: is the Principal Partner and CEO of the company. He studied Estate Management at the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa where he obtained National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Estate Management. He had practical experience during his the period he was doing his compulsory Student Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) with Ken-Fem Nigeria Limited; a firm of building Engineering in 1996, on completing his National Diploma, He joined Mbadiwe Ekewuba & Co, a firm of Estate Surveyors and valuers, as an Estate Officer for one year industrial attachment program. He joined the well-known Peter Okolo & Company Abuja, another firm of Estate Surveyors, valuers, and developer from 2001-2006. He started as Resident surveyor and rose to a position of the Chief Project Manager with the company and supervised the successful development and marketing of the Fatima Gold Estate at Karu Abuja. A 29- Hectare Expanse of land comprising over 400 Housing units of bungalows and duplexes.

He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM) and a member of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN). He was the Trust Fund Pension cooperation society’s Project Co-ordinator in charge of the co-operatives construction of all their estates in and around Abuja the FCT. Mr. Olusola Akingbasote is an invaluable practical and hand-on experience in Estate development and Project  and Estate management. Olusola is a director in many other companies prominent among these are Boing Estate Ltd, Biolasam Synergy Ltd, Fesede Global Resource limited and Asokenny Resources Ltd(United Kingdom). He is a major share holder in these companies.
