We are neck-deep in the physical construction of all types of properties. Our first constructed building in Abuja was in 2003 and since then, we have been involved in the turnkey (BOT) construction of all types of buildings both for residential, commercial and industrial purchases. Our recently completed building is plot 722 Durumi Abuja, a 4 (four) bedroom bungalow and a one storey block of flats. We participated in the constructing of “Coscharis” estate which comprises of 16 Nos. 3-bedroom flat bungalows with attached boys quarters. It lies adjacent to Holy Trinity Catholic church, Maitama.
We were part of the consortium in the construction of 28 Nos 3-bedroom bungalows located almost opposite the Area 1 Federal Secretariat Garki, it has been sold out to Rochas Foundation. Almost opposite NICON LUXURY Hotel Garki, lies a newly completed 6 Nos. 3 bedroom flats “Simma Suite” of which we form part of the construction team. We have developed lots of other residential houses located in Wuse, Garki, Kubwa, Kado, Karu, Nyanya and Wuye Districts for various individuals, companies and corporate bodies. We took part in redesigning, and re-construction, of some housing units in Prince and Princess Estate Duboyi District Abuja for some senior staff of NNPC. Our Principal Partner was involved in the construction of the 400 Nos. housing Estate known as “FATIMA GOLD ESTATE” located at Karu, which is 8-minute drive from the popular A.Y.A. junction, Asokoro Abuja.
Presently, we have an ongoing construction of 2 (two) bedroom in a storey block of 4 (four) flats at Durumi District, a block of 12 (twelve) flats at Gwagwalada and a 2 (two) bedroom in a block of 4 (four) flats with 4 (four) bedroom bungalow at Nyaya others are:
